Role Overview

We are expanding our outbound team and seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to facilitate our business development efforts. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in outbound prospecting and are motivated by commissions.

Responsibilities

As a SDR, your tasks will include:

  • Identifying and prospecting US-based startups
  • Entering leads and opportunities into our CRM
  • Engaging decision makers through tailored messaging
  • Conducting daily cold outreach calls
  • Scheduling intro calls with qualified leads
  • Maintaining organized follow-ups

Requirements

  • Must reside in LATAM
  • At least 6 months of sales or outbound calling experience
  • Comfortable with KPIs and cold calling
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Excellent communication and English skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Prior B2B outbound sales experience
  • Familiarity with the US startup landscape
