Job Description:

As a Sales and Station Agent, you will provide exceptional services in Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, and Passenger Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your tasks include calculating fares, arranging routes, providing schedule information, and issuing tickets for both domestic and international flights.

Passenger Services:

Welcome passengers upon arrival, facilitating coordination between various entities, and ensuring flight documents are prepared accurately.

Lost Baggage Handling:

Coordinate with handling agents to resolve lost baggage issues, including follow-up on compensation processes.

Operational Reporting:

Report and register financial information in systems such as SAP and ERP.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work shifts and multitask effectively.
