CGS Chile is launching a new recruitment process for an exciting sales-focused campaign supporting Starlink, one of the worlds leading satellite internet providers. We are looking for Sales Executives with native or advanced Portuguese and intermediate/advanced English, who are motivated by results, sales targets, and customer interaction over the phone. This role is 100% sales-oriented, focused on Phone Ordering, assisting customers through the purchase process and closing sales. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to product sales and phone ordering. Guide customers through the purchasing process, resolving questions and objections. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Accurately register orders and customer information in internal systems. Deliver a professional, persuasive, and customer-focused sales experience. REQUIREMENTS Portuguese: Native or near-native level (mandatory customer interaction). English: Intermediate to advanced level (required for training, internal communication, and understanding documentation; not used with customers). Strong sales profile: Proven interest or experience in telesales, call center sales, or commercial roles. Excellent verbal communication skills and objection handling. Goal-driven mindset, resilience, and ability to work under sales targets. Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM and call center systems. Availability to work on-site in Santiago. WORKING CONDITIONS (to be defined per campaign ramp-up) Work modality: 100% on-site Santiago. Shifts: To be confirmed (aligned with international operation).
