Position Overview

The consultant will provide essential support and delivery services to clients, ensuring adherence to Murex standards of quality and effort.

Main Responsibilities

• Offer support services: follow-up and resolution of open cases.
• Assist in upgrade, migration, or implementation projects.
• Manage defect correction and product enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for both Murex internally and for clients.
• Participate in client assistance on-site.
• Work towards becoming a Support Coordinator with guidance.
• Support senior colleagues in demos and pre-sales preparation.
• Contribute to internal product evolution efforts.
