Days: 7 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate care.
• Supervise staff and manage workflow.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage resources effectively.
• Foster professional development and maintain departmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program; associate degree required, bachelor's preferred.
• Licensed RN in Kentucky with BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
