We are looking for a Risk Enablement and Operations Analyst who will physically work in Chile but will work for the Canadian Deloitte firm. We need someone with advanced English skills who will communicate and work with Canadian colleagues. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to supporting risk‑operations processes and driving continuous improvement.
You will be working with the Risk team within Central Business Services (CBS) in Canada, as part of a group of Chile-based professionals who support the Canadian firm. We are a diverse and dynamic team which performs various risk functions, with the objective of protecting the Deloitte brand and complying with our firm professional and regulatory requirements. Our team is a pillar within our firm’s centralized delivery centre with a focus in continuous improvements and enhancing customer and talent experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extract, clean, and load data from multiple internal and external sources into spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update internal databases and distribution lists.
- Produce and refresh periodic (monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc reports for leadership, including PDF/PowerPoint delivery.
- Perform routine SharePoint tasks such as uploading data, monitoring access lists, and supporting basic workflow automation.
- Assist the team with ad‑hoc data requests and simple RPA‑related activities.
- Support project management activities by gathering relevant information, reconciling and analyzing data to produce actionable insights.
- Coordinate meetings and lead or execute action plans based on insights while tracking and following up on all action items.
- May request to work in other disciplines within CBS Risk depending on business needs.
- Perform data reconciliation across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and report on data breaches, escalating issues as required.
- Generate and review control reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and compliance initiatives.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Information Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data administration, reporting, or operational support.
Technical Skills
- (Required) Advanced proficiency with data processing and reporting in Microsoft Excel using formulas and pivot tables. Power Query knowledge is a plus.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar) for presenting reports.
- (Preferred) Exposure to SharePoint and ServiceNow.
- (Preferred) Basic understanding of RPA / workflow automation concepts.
Analytical & Organizational Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
- Capable of managing multiple routine tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to capture, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Experience creating process diagrams or flowcharts.
Communication
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English; Spanish fluency required for internal coordination.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, clarifying stakeholder needs, and producing status updates.
