Genera confianza y lealtad con nuestros clientes. Brinda soporte técnico y capacitación en el uso de productos.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Actividades De Promoción Clínica

• Desarrollar y mantener una relación sólida con el personal clínico y administrativo para expandir
  
  

y mantener nuestra demanda clínica.

• Visita a los interesados clínicos (especialistas, enfermeras, etc.) para promover el portafolio de la
  
  

compañía

• Tener reuniones con los clientes cara a cara para abordar temas de servicios, contratación,
  
  

negocio de precios.

• Visitar centrales de esterilización y áreas relacionadas con el portafolio de productos de ASP
• Apoya las actividades de lanzamiento de productos en el campo
• Identificar oportunidades con áreas clínicas para expandir nuestra cartera y aumentar la
  
  

participación.

• Identificar nuevos proyectos y oportunidades para incorporarlas a nuestro portafolio de clientes
• Entregar material promocional definido por Marketing: muestras y folletos de productos
• Conectar con Marketing para proporcionar información sobre la efectividad del material de
  
  

promoción y las mejoras.

• Dirigir la ejecución de conferencias promocionales enfocadas al área clínica y administrativa con
  
  

el fin de incrementar la participación en el evento y nuestro margen comercial.

• Identificar oportunidades, renovar equipos y ampliar el portafolio de la compañía
• Gestión del Territorio
• Consolidar los Key Opinion Leaders de cada una de las áreas de la institución.
• Mantenimiento de un funnel de oportunidades
• Reporte de forecast
• Administración de los pedidos.
• Soporte al área de cartera (casos críticos)
• Diligenciamiento de formatos y matrices requeridas para el correcto seguimiento del territorio.
• Seguimiento a actividades relacionadas con su territorio
• Análisis de mercado.
• Procesos relacionados con la calidad
• Participación en entrenamientos internos definidos por la Organización
• Participación activa en Congresos y eventos organizados por Marketing
