About the Role

We're looking for a remote Territory Account Manager to own and grow relationships with retail cannabis stores in your assigned territory (BC or Alberta), managing 200-500 retail locations through education, support, and relationship management rather than hard closing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Territory Planning & Segmentation: Identify client priorities and create contact schedules.
  • Account Management: Regular communication with retail clients to inform them about product launches and provide proactive customer service.
  • Retailer Enablement: Organize and maintain marketing materials for distribution and training sessions.
  • Inbound Customer Support: Address retailer inquiries and complaints while tracking compliance.
  • CRM Management & Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and manage follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate brings 2-5 years of experience in Territory Sales, Channel Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management roles. Strong communication skills, CRM systems familiarity, and ability to work independently are key.

Position Details

  • Working Hours: Fixed hours, either 10AM-6PM or 11AM-7PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Compensation: ~ CAD$1,800–2,700.
