Accountabilities

• Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and other business analysis services.
• Optimize HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Facilitate implementation of processes, workflows, and capabilities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and manage End User Training planning.
• Engage in stakeholder management and facilitate requirements gathering.
• Support the client in achieving operational goals through effective consulting.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in business or technical field, OR 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes in the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Proven background in implementing processes, workflows, and capabilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective.
• Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
