What you’ll do

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer support in a fast-paced call environment, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Assist with essential home service needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), resolving customer concerns with care and efficiency
• Complete professional certification programs as part of your role

Requirements

• Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) in fixed 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation (no class schedule conflicts)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• 1+ year of professional customer service experience
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems

Technical requirements

• Laptop with Intel i5 (or equivalent) or higher, 16–32 GB RAM, Windows 11+
• Reliable internet connection with 50+ Mbps upload/download
• Noise-canceling headset
• Dual monitors (20” minimum)
