The Role

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess care needs and develop care programmes, ensuring high-quality patient care. You will work independently, supervise staff, and demonstrate procedures as necessary.

Duties

Duties may vary depending on ward/department and patient needs. You will coordinate and supervise staff and cover in the absence of senior leaders.

What We Need

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
  • Excellent teamwork and initiative
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Good time management and IT skills
  • Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence required

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Further education evidence
  • Degree in a health-related field
  • Experience in infection control
  • Post-registration experience and relevant clinical knowledge

Contract Type

  • Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours

Location

This role will be based in Oncology Day Units across NHS Lanarkshire.
