Regional Sales Director - Marketing Cloud

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to drive Marketing Cloud growth across the region. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic relationships with C-level executives, and leverage AI-driven solutions to help customers transform their marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of external sales professionals to exceed revenue targets across Peru and Chile
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships with Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Build strategic partnerships with CMOs and marketing leaders, understanding their data and customer engagement challenges
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that leverage AI capabilities within Marketing Cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers

Required

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven track record managing and scaling external sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of Peru and Chile markets with established relationships
  • Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and strategic value
  • Experience selling data and analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe, Acoustic, or similar)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred

  • Background in marketing technology, customer data platforms, or marketing automation
  • Experience with AI-driven sales strategies and solutions
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Track record of developing high-performing sales teams availability to travel as needed.

Una de las cosas que realmente aprecié fue el ambiente de trabajo colaborativo que se fomentaba. El empleador siempre alentaba la comunicación abierta y la retroalimentación constructiva. Se aseguraba de que todos nos sintiéramos escuchados y valorados, sin importar nuestro puesto o experiencia. 

 

Además, este empleador se preocupaba genuinamente por nuestro desarrollo profesional y personal. Ofrecían oportunidades de capacitación y crecimiento, ya sea a través de cursos, seminarios web o programas de mentoría interna. También se tomaban el tiempo para conocernos individualmente, comprender nuestras metas y ayudarnos a alcanzarlas. 

 

Otra cosa que destacaba era el equilibrio entre trabajo y vida personal que promovían. Aunque éramos una empresa enfocada en cumplir con nuestros objetivos, el empleador entendía la importancia de desconectar y recargar energías. Fomentaban horarios flexibles y un ambiente de trabajo que permitía a los empleados mantener un buen equilibrio entre su vida laboral y personal.
