Position Overview

The Regional Inbound Supply Manager will lead the inbound supply team, optimizing supply chain processes for accuracy and reliability in deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Inbound Supply team and ensure necessary resources are in place.
• Implement new structures and manage interfaces with key stakeholders.
• Develop inbound supply planning processes to optimize inventory and costs.
• Manage supply constraints and collaborate with suppliers.
• Enhance delivery date confirmation processes.
• Support inventory reduction initiatives to maximize stock utilization.
• Optimize inbound flows for efficiency and sustainability.
• Foster an inclusive team culture focused on engagement and diversity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's in supply chain management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in global supply chain management with a focus on end-to-end processes.
• Experience in team leadership in multicultural settings.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning applications, preferably with experience in Epiroc's systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
