Position Overview

As the Regional Inbound Supply Manager, you will establish a vital new team within Epiroc's Supply Chain, optimizing processes to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Inbound Supply team, ensuring structure and resources meet customer needs.
• Implement new operational structures with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design inbound supply planning processes to improve availability and reduce costs.
• Manage supply constraints collaboratively with suppliers and teams.
• Enhance delivery date accuracy through process analysis and system improvements.
• Support inventory reduction and optimize inbound flows for efficiency.
• Foster an inclusive team culture with strong engagement and collaboration.
• Frequent travel to Santiago, Chile will be required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in global supply chain management, emphasizing end-to-end processes.
• Experience leading multicultural teams and managing change initiatives.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning applications, ideally Epiroc systems.
• Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Balance operational needs with strategic improvements.
