Position Overview

As the Regional Inbound Supply Manager for South America, you will lead evolution in our Supply Chain, managing inbound processes and team dynamics to meet regional customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the inbound supply team, ensuring optimal organizational structure and resources.
• Implement new workflows, collaborating with Customer Centers and Suppliers.
• Execute supply planning processes to enhance inventory management and reduce costs.
• Proactively resolve supply constraints and improve delivery accuracy.
• Support inventory initiatives to maximize stock utilization.
• Optimize inbound logistics for efficiency and sustainability.
• Foster an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's in supply chain management; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in global supply chain management.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving change.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning applications.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
