Role Overview: Recruiting Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Analyst to join our team and lead various projects. Ideal candidates are dynamic team players with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Execute staffing strategies for company openings.
- Gather information for required profiles.
- Collaborate to identify candidates and present them to clients.
- Work with Operations to explore farming opportunities in various accounts.
- Suggest improvements to staffing processes.

Requirements

- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Degree in Business, Systems, HR or related field.
- 3+ years in Staffing or Project Management.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Desirable

- 1+ years of experience in Recruitment.
