Position Overview

We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You Will Do:

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Obtain information related to the profile and assignment of required openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates.
• Present candidates to various clients and leads.
• Identify farming possibilities in different accounts.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven analytical ability and extreme attention to detail.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.

Desirable Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Recruitment.
