The Role
What You’ll Do
- Understand Hiring Needs – Work alongside Client Success Managers to analyze job requirements and develop winning recruitment strategies.
- Screen & Interview – Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the Candidate Experience – Keep candidates engaged, provide timely updates, and ensure a seamless hiring journey.
- Stay Organized & Efficient – Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and accessible.

- Recruitment Expertise – You have experience in talent acquisition and know how to identify top talent quickly.
- Strong Communication Skills – You can effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – You’re resourceful and can think on your feet to overcome recruitment challenges.
- Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using ATS and recruitment software to streamline hiring operations.
