Job Overview

Manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of trial materials and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

What You’ll Do

• Develop study-specific plans for each assigned project.
• Coordinate efforts with internal teams, providing recommendations, and updating project reports.
• Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain.
• Participate in ongoing training on new regulations.
• Represent the department at various meetings and initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and improve existing tools and practices.
• Engage in client interactions related to supply chain requests.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong English communication skills.
• Interpersonal, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Effective leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused approach.

• Understanding of clinical supply operations and relationship management.

Working Conditions

• Work performed in an office or home-based environment, with potential travel.

Physical Requirements

• Stationary for 6-8 hours daily with repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 15-20 lbs.
• Frequent mobility and engagement with diverse groups.
