Why We Are Hiring: We are expanding our Quality Control team in Chile to meet the growing demand for our services in the LATAM region. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. By adding experienced professionals to our team, we aim to enhance our quality assurance capabilities and support our continued growth in the electronic payments industry.
Position: Quality Control
Location: LATAM
Experience: 8 -10 Years + of relevant experience working in the skillset in LATAM Region
Domain: Switch / Payment
- Strong experience in ATM, Payment and Cards domain. Sound knowledge of Payment schemes/networks and certification process.
- Strong technical knowledge in Payment Applications and Automation tools.
- Reading of FSD
- Preparing & maintaining test cases and scripts for function and integration testing
- Maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting using both Manual & automation testing.
- Tracking & Reporting of Bugs.
- Compliance & Security testing for deliverables
- Very good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and offshore team and Domestic customers.
- Stays abreast of Testing best practices and the latest available tools, frameworks, and standards.
Skillset / Knowledge base:
- EFT Switch / ATM / Cards / POS
- Messaging - ISO8583
- Simulators – VISA/ MasterCard
- Tools – Automation toolkit, JIRA
- Good Communication
- Problem solving ability
- Sensitivity to SLA management
