Quality Assurance Specialist - Solar
Responsabilities
- Support to maintain and enhance Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 or TL 9000 to assure continue quality improvement.
- Identify improvement areas for assuring operation as aligned with company directions.
- Review and improve processes & procedures related to the quality control and service assurance.
- Manage the non-conformance and provide effective resolution and improvement.
- Develop, prepare, analyze and distribute periodic SLA/KPI reports and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Perform internal quality audits and be responsible for implementation of corrective actions from all audits and investigations.
- Participate in and manage the analysis of customer complaints related to quality assurance and recommend resolution and corrective action.
- Promote a culture of Quality Assurance in Operations and Project deployment.
Work Experience and Knowledge
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance System activities.
- Familiar with Standard Operation and Installation Guides.
- Familiar with the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
- Sound understanding of detailed work processes of different teams and ability to identify gaps for process enhancement.
- Desirable experience in monitoring the E2E Implementation Quality in the Telecom Industry.
- Identifies defects in existing processes, tracks and reports them to QA Management.
- Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Education: Degree in Quality Engineering with focus on energy, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
- Other Professional: Quality Control Engineer.
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English.
