Responsabilities

1. Support to maintain and enhance Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 or TL 9000 to assure continue quality improvement.
2. Identify improvement areas for assuring operation as aligned with company directions.
3. Review and improve processes & procedures related to the quality control and service assurance.
4. Manage the non-conformance and provide effective resolution and improvement.
5. Develop, prepare, analyze and distribute periodic SLA/KPI reports and ad-hoc reports as required.
6. Perform internal quality audits and be responsible for implementation of corrective actions from all audits and investigations.
7. Participate in and manage the analysis of customer complaints related to quality assurance and recommend resolution and corrective action.
8. Promote a culture of Quality Assurance in Operations and Project deployment.

Work Experience and Knowledge

1. 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance System activities.
2. Familiar with Standard Operation and Installation Guides.
3. Familiar with the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
4. Sound understanding of detailed work processes of different teams and ability to identify gaps for process enhancement.
5. Desirable experience in monitoring the E2E Implementation Quality in the Telecom Industry.
6. Identifies defects in existing processes, tracks and reports them to QA Management.
7. Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skills.
8. Education: Degree in Quality Engineering with focus on energy, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
9. Other Professional: Quality Control Engineer.
10. Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English.
