QHSE OFFICER
Ensure compliance with SICPA policies on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection. Plan, execute, and control HSE processes, ensuring adherence to regulations, internal standards, and employee protection. Collaborate with global managers to implement and maintain the local QEHS system.
Role
Quality Strategy & Organization
- Implement and drive local Operational Quality Organization, including supplier quality, inspections, and operational quality.
- Report and resolve quality issues end-to-end.
- Promote performance and quality culture.
- Deploy SICPA Integrated Management System (SIMS).
EH&S
- Foster EH&S culture per HQ guidelines.
- Perform risk analyses, audits, and investigations.
- Ensure legal compliance and conformity.
- Support CSR strategies, especially environmental management.
Operational Quality
- Manage, monitor, and report non-conformities for internal/external materials and products.
Continuous Improvement & Performance
- Improve local quality using tools and methodologies.
- Promote quality tools and training (8D, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Implement quality standards, control plans, and audits.
- Report data per global KPIs, lead local improvement programs.
- Coordinate internal communication on improvement and performance.
SIM ISO Certification, EHS Compliance, Customer Quality
- Follow certification roadmap (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001).
- Ensure compliance with SICPA standards (EHS, Risk Management).
- Deploy applicable processes and conduct internal audits.
- Manage customer satisfaction and complaints (8D reports, escalation, RMA process).
Profile
- Prevencionista de Riesgos certification (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Project Management, or Administration.
- 5+ years managing HSE and Quality.
