Role Overview

As a Python AI Engineer, you'll build agent and retrieval layers for our production AI assistant, driving significant features and evaluation coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Create LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines.
• Manage evaluation coverage for the shipped AI behavior.
• Extend Next.js front-end as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python experience, 8+ for lead-level roles.
• Proven experience with production LLM systems.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience using AWS and RAG with various data sources.
• Availability to work PST hours; advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM evaluation tools.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Understanding of vector databases and agent interactions.
