Job Description

We are looking for a PV Technical Engineer to support the development and deployment of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions. This role combines technical expertise and customer-facing support, helping clients design optimized renewable energy projects using Huawei solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical studies, and energy market dynamics in Chile, along with the ability to translate technical advantages into clear value propositions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and develop deep knowledge of Huawei PV and BESS solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial analyses demonstrating the competitiveness and advantages of Huawei solutions.
• Support customers in design optimization to ensure the most efficient use of Huawei technologies.
• Conduct market and regulatory research related to the Chilean PV and BESS industry.
• Perform technical evaluations and system design using tools such as AutoCAD and PVsyst.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality technical solutions for renewable energy projects.
• Develop clear and compelling technical presentations to support the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Experience in solar PV projects and/or energy storage systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVsyst.
• Knowledge of electrical studies and grid connection requirements.
• Understanding of Chilean electrical market regulations is desirable.
• Familiarity with key stakeholders in the Chilean renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial awareness.
