Amazon Web Services is seeking a ProServe Area Delivery Leader for the Shared Delivery Team. This senior leadership role is key to driving optimal delivery activities and maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Area Shared Delivery Team.
• Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
• Drive business development initiatives and provide portfolio guidance.
• Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to define customer business outcomes.
• Manage the Area P&L and optimize team growth.
• Serve as an escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a technical security role.
• Hands-on security experience in multiple areas such as Cloud Security and Incident Response.
• Proven track record of leading complex security projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant security certifications.
• Experience in cloud transformation projects.
• Strategic decision-making skills.
