Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed deadlines with critical-path and buffer management
• Client dependency management expertise
• Formal risk registers and change-control processes experience
• Project scope, budget, and timeline management skills
• Agile/Scrum or Kanban team coordination experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables
• Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or PSM certification
• Experience with regulatory requirements
