In this position, you will lead strategic projects in the financial sector, ensuring the efficient execution of key initiatives that impact the organization’s structure and market positioning.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage rebranding and digital transformation projects.

✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Legal, Finance).

✅ Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, PMI, Lean).

✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

✅ Develop change management and communication strategies.

🛠️ Required Qualifications:

✔ 5+ years of experience leading strategic projects in the financial sector.

✔ Proven experience in rebranding, digital transformation, or post-merger integration.

✔ Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

✔ Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe Agile.

✔ Advanced English (ability to lead meetings and presentations).
