The Team

The Project Management domain is in charge of the implementation and delivery of the Murex solutions. The Project Manager is the owner of the Murex implementation project, leading the team towards successful delivery while respecting project constraints and building long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Drive project team towards objectives while motivating members.
• Communicate project status clearly to Murex management and the team.
• Define project plans, estimates, and high-level timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and integrators, ensuring readiness and building mutual respect.
• Identify risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
• Keep projects within timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Promote Murex project methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare and execute project closure and handovers.
• Report to the Project Director and collaborate with stakeholders.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 8-10 years relevant Project Management experience in a software/banking domain.
• Experience in investment markets and client-facing activities.
• Understanding of Murex software industry is a plus.
• Multitasking and stress management skills are essential.
• Organized, analytical, and methodological approach.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Advanced level of English is required.
