Job Summary

Senior level position assigned to roles in Planning/Scheduling, Cost Management, or Project Controls Management. Competently performs all aspects under general supervision and provides guidance to less experienced personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Leads project control functions, influences clients, and recognizes issues affecting project execution. Supports proposal efforts and facilitates project forecasts.

Cost Management

• Leads cost control team to prepare baseline cost deliverables.
• Develops and reports on Cost Reports and Cash Flows.
• Maintains Change Log to reflect potential changes.

Schedule/Planning

• Leads schedule team in planning & scheduling efforts, including float analysis.
• Provides schedule support for key cost control processes.

Project Controls Management

• Might lead a team of project control professionals and ensures tools are in place to identify issues.
• Collaborates with management on project execution and supports department initiatives.

Management Responsibilities

Acts as a lead person but does not hold management responsibility for the team.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum: Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience or eight years in the field without a degree.

Work Environment

Office and Construction Site environments requiring various physical demands and potential travel.
