Major Responsibilities

• Conduct routine cost estimating and analysis.
• Support cost monitoring and reporting.
• Assist with budget allocation for specific disciplines.
• Prepare cost data for projects.
• Ensure accuracy of cost reports.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in cost roles within engineering and construction.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in cost engineering activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Ability to work independently.
