Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Assist the functional process team in identifying efficiency opportunities and developing business cases that demonstrate the advantages of automation. Analyze data and collaborate with the team to find areas for continuous service improvement.

Help define key metrics and track the impact of improvements made.

Support the project team in planning, tracking, and managing activities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are achieved. Collect, organize, and maintain project information such as schedules, progress reports, and risk logs.

Participate in preparing project performance metrics and reports to aid in decision-making.
