Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning.
• Knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance or engineering principles.
• Skills in planning and scheduling critical facility maintenance.
• Ability to develop maintenance plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

You will work with the Data Center team to design sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders and schedule technicians and resources.
• Maintain equipment files and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and technicians to establish work priorities and streamline operations.
• Provide technical guidance to enhance PM activities.
• Engage external maintenance vendors to align with data center goals.
