As a Manufacturing Intern

You will be responsible for a project focusing on manufacturing process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or developing engineering systems, including active improvements like breakdown reduction, material flow optimization, and energy or material savings.

The Internship

The internship might last 6 - 12 months depending on the project specifics and your availability. You will work on real projects and create tangible business solutions, supported by a multifunctional team and experienced P&G managers.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Current student in the last 1-2 years of study (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
• Critical thinking, operational discipline, and ability to work in diverse teams.
• Ability to learn, initiative, and flexibility.
