Role Summary

The Product Quality & Delivery Analyst ensures functional accuracy, design consistency, and executional excellence across the product’s UI/UX. This bilingual role bridges Product, Design, and Development—maintaining detailed knowledge of business rules, system logic, user flows, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consistency & Product Knowledge
  • Maintain deep understanding of business rules, data flows, and dependencies across the platform.
  • Validate and audit user flows, ensuring alignment with product and design intent.
  • Maintain and evolve functional documentation in Confluence, ensuring traceability between user stories, rules, and product behavior.
  • Leverage AI tools to track requirements, document workflows, and flag inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering to validate functional behavior at API/data layer level when required.
Execution & Agile Support
  • Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Designers to reduce iteration cycles.
  • Support sprint preparation, backlog organization, and post-sprint validations.
  • Participate in creating and refining user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Generate AI-driven documentation and quick guides for team clarity.
  • Ensure every story is fully defined and testable before development.
Quality Assurance & Validation
  • Test UI/UX features hands-on, verifying business logic and user experience accuracy.
  • Validate end-to-end data consistency across interconnected modules.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies early in the development cycle.
  • Coordinate with QA and Engineering pre-deployment.
  • Support defining functional test cases and acceptance scenarios.
Process Optimization & AI Enablement
  • Use automation tools to streamline documentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Create reusable checklists for cross-team use.
  • Identify AI technologies to improve team efficiency.
Communication & Coordination
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish across teams.
  • Provide structured updates on progress and blockers.
  • Ensure alignment between product requirements and technical execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in SaaS, Fintech, or digital product environments.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams supporting Product, UX, and Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and AI-driven tools.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
