Global Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on managing the profitability of global Thickening products, overseeing all aspects from Capital OI to Service OI/CM.

Job Responsibilities

• Support proposal tasks, including estimating and reviewing submissions for global Capital Sales.
• Provide sales support for specific products.
• Refine standard sizing techniques for company products.
• Transfer knowledge and train employees on product information.
• Foster a culture of innovation to enhance product sales.
• Act as the Product Champion for all Thickening products.
• Suggest R&D projects for rapid market introduction.
• Assist in product development and refresh sales materials.
• Evaluate proposal risks and monitor product line competitiveness.
• Provide field sales support and customer presentations.

What You Bring

• A B.S. degree in engineering and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret RFQ documents and communicate effectively.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer-relations skills.
• Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and software tools.
