Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Product Manager – Growth. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do

• Own the product growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.
• Design, prioritize, and execute experiments to improve key product and business metrics.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance for optimization opportunities.
• Improve onboarding flows, subscription conversion, engagement loops, and user retention.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, focused on growth or consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Comfort in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
