Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning, executing, and closing of product releases under the Product Manager's purview, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Facilitating seamless coordination between different internal teams, including development, customer success, sales, and marketing, to ensure product success and client satisfaction.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of the ADvendio platform to effectively communicate its benefits and functionalities to clients and to understand and relay client requirements to our development team.
  • Following up on strategic initiatives, from concept development to decision-making and implementation.
  • Handling internal and external communication on behalf of the Product Manager.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to product releases, including documentation, scheduling, and ensuring the Product Manager ́s initiatives are well-organized and on track.
  • Participating in product development and initiatives related to the area.


Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate from a university with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Maximum 1-2 years of experience in the tech industry.
  • High potential with a strong desire to take on responsibility and advance in the company hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude for building relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive mindset, willing to take initiative and contribute to project success.
  • Excellent and clear communication skills at all levels in English.
  • Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as high analytical skills.
