Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to develop and implement business plans for our product portfolio in the SOLA region, ensuring alignment with global strategies.

Location

This position is based in Santiago, Chile.

Your Role

• Drive marketing activities, including pricing strategy and promotional initiatives.
• Lead product launches and support distributor development.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing strategies.
• Adapt promotional strategies based on market trends.
• Understand customer needs through collaboration with the sales team.
• Identify competitive activities in key markets.
• Lead internal product training for the sales team.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Manage the marketing investment plan and monitor ROI.
• Develop comprehensive training plans in collaboration with the LATAM medical affairs team.

Your Background

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; MBA is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in the medical device/healthcare sector. Experience in sales and marketing is valuable.

Skills

• Digital marketing expertise and strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic with availability to travel 25-35%.
