Product Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and market-oriented Product Manager to join our team in Chile and take ownership of the product strategy, pricing, and positioning for a new automotive brand within OJ Group. This role is key during the local launch and growth phase, ensuring the product lineup meets market needs, aligns with brand strategy, and remains competitive across all segments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product portfolio, including model mix, equipment levels, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support optimal pricing, positioning, and feature offerings in the Chilean market.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams and HQ to define product specifications tailored to Chile.
  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including communication, training, and go-to-market activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, and After-Sales teams to ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide product and technical support for marketing initiatives, dealer training, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report key KPIs related to product performance, profitability, and market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the automotive, mobility, or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and market insight.
  • Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
