You will play a pivotal role in shaping the long‑term success of a priority brand, translating strategy into meaningful impact for patients and the business. As Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of insight, innovation, and execution—leading cross‑functional teams to drive brand growth, optimize the marketing mix, and elevate portfolio performance in a dynamic healthcare environment. About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Shape brand strategy and tactical plans to accelerate growth, guided by insights and performance data.
Develop integrated brand and launch team content; align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and messages.
Plan and deliver promotional activities in line with code of conduct and standard operating procedures.
Own budget, forecasts and expenses; optimize marketing mix to improve cost effectiveness and results.
Partner with Marketing and Medical to engage centers and key opinion leaders, uncovering market opportunities.
Track product performance and external environment; propose corrective actions to meet business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or related fields.
Pharmaceutical experience is a must.
Experience in similar or related positions 3-5 years.
Previous experience in marketing at least 2 years
Experience with oncology/hematology areas.
Advanced English and Spanish is a must.
