Responsibilities

1.Product Strategy Development: Define and implement product strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

2.Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond—ensuring timely updates and enhancements.

3.Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

4.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure products meet quality standards, cost targets, and market requirements.

5.Profitability & Performance: Establish pricing strategies and product positioning to achieve revenue and margin goals.

6.Innovation & Roadmap Planning: Drive product innovation and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.


Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the automotive industry.

3. Strong skills in market analysis, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team coordination.

4. Proven ability to develop product strategies aligned with market needs and company goals.

5.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

6.Experience with electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions is highly valued.

7.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive product innovation to maintain competitive advantage.
