What We're Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our team in the South Latin America (SOLA) region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business and marketing plans for our product portfolio across multiple countries. You will lead the Interventional Imaging and Injection Solutions product category at a regional level, ensuring alignment with global strategies. This position is located in Santiago, Chile.
YOUR ROLE
- Drive all marketing activities in the SOLA cluster, including business plans, pricing strategy, positioning, promotional initiatives, product life cycle plans, demand planning, and product recalls.
- Lead new product launch plans for SOLA markets, supporting and developing distributors in various countries.
- Collaborate with the SOLA General Manager to define and implement marketing strategies and tactics in key markets.
- Develop and adapt promotional strategies to succeed with product life cycle management based on market trends and needs, including digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure our products and services meet those needs.
- Identify competitive activities and best practices for our products and services in key SOLA markets.
- Lead internal product training and support the sales team as required.
- Develop long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare professional community in collaboration with the LATAM medical affairs team.
- Propose and manage the SOLA region marketing investment plan, defining and monitoring the ROI of various marketing programs.
- Develop comprehensive training plans for the sales team and healthcare professionals in close collaboration with the LATAM medical affairs team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device/healthcare business segment. Experience in medical device sales and marketing is highly valuable.
- Digital marketing background is highly valuable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven, resilient, and autonomous.
- Strategic mindset.
- Availability to travel (approximately 25-35%) both locally and internationally.
