Job Purpose

The Product Management Associate (PMA) is responsible for supporting and executing the product management strategy for the Surgery portfolio in South LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a two-member team, ensuring effective performance management and feedback.
• Support product positioning strategies and market-ready plans.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably in MedTech.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
