Product Designer at BairesDev

We are building a B2B SaaS platform that helps revenue teams take action using better data and signals. We're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to own end-to-end design as our first and only designer. You'll redesign key workflows in an existing beta product, turning complex problems into simple, confident experiences that feel intuitive and "magical." You'll partner closely with the founder and engineering team to prototype, ship, and iterate quickly based on real user feedback. You'll also build the early design system and patterns that help the product scale as the team grows.

What You'll Do:

- Redesign core product workflows end-to-end, from information architecture to interaction design to UI.

- Translate founder feedback and product intent into shippable designs quickly, from wireframes to prototypes to final UI.

- Build and maintain a scalable design system including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation.

- Partner tightly with engineering for implementation quality, handling handoff, specs, design QA, and edge cases.

- Run lightweight user research and usability testing including scripts, prototypes, and synthesis.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.

- Previous experience designing B2B SaaS products.

- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user flow design, and information architecture.

- Hands-on expertise in modern design tooling, with Figma required and prototyping and component systems experience expected.

- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product Management.

- Expert proficiency in Figma.

- Ability to interpret and apply UX metrics and analytics.

- Demonstrated instances of collaboration in delivery tools such as Jira.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and multi-device UX.

- Knowledge of B2B SaaS patterns including tables, filters, bulk actions, permissions, and roles.

- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience aligning and maintaining a design/component library.

- Experience in mid to large tech organizations.

- Has owned end-to-end product design for a B2B SaaS workflow.

- Worked in the sales or marketing product space.

- Demonstrated portfolio of UX work built through user research, not just visual/UI.

- Comfortable working in a remote and Agile environment.

- Previous experience designing Chrome extensions.
