We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Procurement, Cost & Efficiency Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PIL Regional Office in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we secure the most competitive cost structure possible in logistic activities across the Latin America Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional contract landscape with HQ, i.e. monitor contract expiry, propose category strategy, plan, risk management, etc.
- Manage and build relationship with suppliers and keep abreast of supplier landscape & market intelligence.
- Supplier onboarding, including set up agreement, EDI, tariff, etc.
- Monitor, analyse regional and country cost.
- Manage efficiency project, i.e. target setting, alignment with HQ and drive offices, BU to achieve target.
- Work with user to set and monitor formal performance KPI & SLA and supplier assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey projects and ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of English language.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistics challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of international shipping and logistics practices.
- A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude.
