We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Procurement, Cost & Efficiency Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PIL Regional Office in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we secure the most competitive cost structure possible in logistic activities across the Latin America Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional contract landscape with HQ, i.e. monitor contract expiry, propose category strategy, plan, risk management, etc.
• Manage and build relationship with suppliers and keep abreast of supplier landscape & market intelligence.
• Supplier onboarding, including set up agreement, EDI, tariff, etc.
• Monitor, analyse regional and country cost.
• Manage efficiency project, i.e. target setting, alignment with HQ and drive offices, BU to achieve target.
• Work with user to set and monitor formal performance KPI & SLA and supplier assessment.
  
  

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey projects and ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of English language.
