Procurement Analyst
Position Summary:
The Procurement Analyst – Contracts, Documentation & Compliance is responsible for supporting procurement operations with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management, documentation control, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role plays a key part in driving procurement efficiency, mitigating risks, and supporting audit-readiness by maintaining clear, accurate, and complete documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and cost trends to support purchasing decisions.
- Manage end-to-end contract processes, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, and storing supplier agreements and related documents.
- Ensure procurement activities and documentation comply with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams to facilitate contract approvals and renewals.
- Maintain and continuously improve document control systems to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
- Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and escalate deviations when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, dashboards, and compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices in procurement operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
- Intermediate English
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a similar role.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba) is a plus.
