Job Summary

The service we provide for our customers is pivotal to their operational success. You are the key. We are looking for a customer-focused Processing Key Account Manager to manage and develop customer relationships for Tetra Pak’s Processing Solutions & Equipment business in Argentina. In this position, you'll be the main contact, focusing on customer needs and delivering technical solutions to drive growth.

You will collaborate with customers in the Dairy, Food & Beverage Industry, seeking opportunities to sell solutions and expand our market presence while promoting the Tetra Pak One Company approach. We seek candidates who can communicate technical concepts effectively and are dedicated to providing world-class service.

Location

The position is based in Santiago, Chile. Travel may be required up to 50%. Please note that Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or relocation for this position.

What You Will Do

As Processing Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Drive sustainable new sales and growth for existing customers, building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities.
  • Define customer needs and qualify opportunities, establishing strategies and implementing action plans for strategic accounts.
  • Network through industry events and maintain connections.
  • Support project engineering and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations aligned with customer expectations.
  • Deepen your understanding of customers’ overall business and needs.
  • Develop sales plans aligned with Tetra Pak and customer objectives.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure their acceptance.
  • Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Guide team members in liquid food and dairy processing.
  • Ensure current knowledge of Tetra Pak's offerings to effectively meet customer requirements.

Profile Description

We believe you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Food Processing Industry.
  • Experience in Food Processing engineering or Technical Sales Management.
  • A desire to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Fluency in English as a clear communicator.
  • Experience working with customers.
  • Critical thinking skills and inquisitiveness.
  • A high customer orientation.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt.
