About this role

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the technical vision for our Catalog Platform and help to build scalable systems that power retail media across the globe.

You will

• Own the technical vision and architecture for Topsort's Catalog Platform.
• Design scalable distributed systems.
• Define standards and interfaces for rapid product development.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead complex initiatives.

What We Think You Need

• 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on large-scale systems.
• Strong backend architecture and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
