About The Role

As Principal Innovation Ecosystem Programs, you will lead the design and positioning of BHP’s Open House and Accelerator programs, connecting business challenges with innovative solutions. Your role involves translating strategic priorities into compelling problem statements, activating networks, and accelerating innovation outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive ecosystem activation and positioning
• Develop problem statements aligned to business priorities
• Activate internal and external innovation ecosystems
• Design flagship innovation programs
• Enhance innovation capability and accelerate pace to value
• Lead opportunity reviews across ecosystem programs

About You

• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience in innovation or ecosystem programs
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement
• Fluency in English and Spanish
