About This Role

We are seeking a Principal Engineer who will anchor complex and high-impact work across the software stack. This senior individual contributor will lead with technical judgment, utilizing AI in development and shaping the team's methodologies.

What You'll Do

• Stabilize engineering efforts on complex, open-ended challenges while defining technical strategies.
• Enhance the engineering standards and framework that the team relies on.
• Boost team talent through mentorship and code reviews, without direct management.
• Engage in hands-on code development for production needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to create clear technical solutions.
• Utilize AI coding tools in daily tasks and guide the team’s modernization efforts.

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong skills in frontend technologies, especially Vue.js or React.
• Proficiency in backend languages like C#, Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Expertise in system architecture, microservices, and event-driven designs.
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives independently.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in platform migration or standardization across teams.
• Familiarity with Redis or Memcached caching solutions.
